Joy Festival launching ceremony to "warm" as the theme, focusing on highlighting the "International Tourism Island" construction, "Cultural warming", "joy relay" and "joy set sail" and other elements, naturally combined with the award ceremony of the 2011 Tour de Hainan Island Rally.

Hainan Jinlin Investment Co., Ltd. and the State General Administration of Sports Aviation Control Center *** with the planning of the first "2011 China's Tour of Hainan Island Flight Rally" will be held in Haikou, Dongfang, Sanya, Wanning on December 17 to 30 in four stages. There will be a wonderful flight and skydiving show for the Happy Festival.
