Because by facing life with a positive mindset, we will be more optimistic and open-minded, which is the backbone of our victory over frustration and suffering that comes from within.
So how do you create a positive mindset?
Some people are naturally in a positive state, some are not, like me. I want you to be in a better state than I am at any place at any time.
I share some of my personal realizations that have gradually shifted me towards a positive state of mind. Even though everyone's situation and journey is different, I hope it will inspire you.
I have a lot of issues. I'm an introvert, and I harbor everything in my mind to figure it out, so my mom would often call me about inconsequential things to probe my emotional state.
A long time ago, due to the depression and great pressure, I had a neurasthenia, I had tinnitus, so my mood is more unstable, insomnia is more and more serious, and I am very sensitive to sound. When people around me spoke louder, it was a thunderclap in my head. This will make my mood instantly irritable!
I gradually isolated myself from other people, including my family. I had to break up, I was losing control of my emotions.
All of this was a result of my personal mental state, and I was very reluctant to pass on my negative emotions to those around me. I can pick up on other people's negativity and help deal with it.
But I couldn't handle my own anymore at that point.
Honestly, it took time to create another mindset for myself, and it took a long, long time. Luckily, those issues are taking a big leap of faith and disappearing from my life, allowing new and better things to pour into my life.
So what I'm saying is that we should understand that creating a positive mindset is an ongoing process. We are finite individuals, but we have unlimited potential to become more positive if we are on a positive track.
As you move forward in your life along the positive track, you may have a feeling that the invisible hand that is holding your heart tightly is slowly loosening. So you breathe more and more freely and your mood becomes more and more easily pleasant.
So you become more and more positive. But you will continue to encounter the bitterness that limits your positive life, and you will need to keep breaking through the limitations.
It's not just a mindset, it's a way of life. If you have a positive drive, you will find yourself becoming more and more positive.
It will be easier for you to break free from limitations, but there is no end in sight. It's an evolving process and gets better over time.
So, first and foremost, we must be patient with ourselves. It's not possible to become a 100% positive person overnight.
If you haven't started trying meditation yet, I highly recommend it. 15 minutes of meditation a day does wonders for slowing down the negative thoughts and emotions that circulate in your mind.
It's my personal recommendation that the earlier in the day you meditate, the better, because if you start your day in a really calm way, you'll have more stamina to resist negativity while being easily attracted to positive things.
If you can do it. Another thing I started doing early on was exercise. It has to be exercise that interests you, whether you're going square dancing or taking a big brush to the square to write.
Exercise, for the individual, is a great thing , allowing yourself to learn to breathe, to come into peace, to relax.
Another advice that is very important to me is to be aware of what you are getting from the media, TV and movies. Because they all contain a lot of negative and unjust information and ideas. When we are surrounded by these messages, they are subconsciously eating away at us.
So, try to choose something with positive energy.
Finally, my advice to you is a big one, but also a very simple one that many people ignore.
Often times, people don't pay much attention to their own behavior. They don't eat when they're hungry, they don't sleep when they're sleepy. This is actually a form of self-abuse, you do not love yourself , you do not care about yourself .
So if you want to get on a positive path, be kind to yourself. Make sure you eat when you're hungry, sleep when you're tired, drink when you're thirsty, and rest when you need to.
These methods really got me on track to a positive life.
You'll find more ways to keep yourself positive and you'll find more ways to get more and more positive when you want to create a positive mindset.
I hope you're all better off than I am!
