I didn't write down my experience at the end of the course, but I had special considerations. I was worried that the many emotional experiences of the course would affect the objectivity of the evaluation of the meditation itself. Today is the third day of the meditation, the emotional part of the removal of a lot, and now I can still write down the content that touches me the most and full of dry goods, hehehe.

What is positive thinking, meditation is what, now the information search is so developed, you must be through various channels to find the answer to da, I will not repeat it. I'll just talk about my real experience and awareness. I've always believed that the real experience is the most powerful.

First of all, I will say why I went to participate in the meditation, and then say what I experienced and realized, and finally say how I will practice, that is, in accordance with why, what, how to do the logic of the chatter, may be a little bit of use to you.

1, why I will go to participate in positive thinking meditation: I want to go to solve the problem. I'm a person, the anxiety index is still quite high, and anxiety value is particularly high when you can not eat well, do not sleep well, often frowning unhappy, anxiety also brings busy, busy with work, business trips, lectures, etc. Anxiety and busy to have no time and no energy to take care of their own bodies, so much so that last year, resistance to decline in serious enough to affect the health of the body to also do a small surgery. I think there must be a way to solve the problem of anxiety. I have read books, listened to lectures, and done counseling, all of which talk about "positive thinking". So when the five-dimensional community I attended launched a meditation class on positive thinking, I was the first to sign up.

? With me to participate in the positive thinking meditation students in the course also mentioned their expectations: there are professional managers in the work of too much consumption, want to come to the positive thinking meditation to replenish energy, have their own company bosses want to come to the positive thinking meditation to get rid of the smell of copper, there are every day by the work and life of a variety of things to push away, busy and busy can not stop and can not get up to come to the positive thinking meditation to look for the answer, and there are also curious to come! To find out what the hell is the meditation ..... The 30 people who attended the course together were like a small community, giving me a cursory view of the various states and lives of all sorts of people. Perhaps you share the exhaustion, confusion and anticipation of these people.

2, the positive meditation I experienced and realized some of what: this is, it is more, chattering can be said on a small half-day. I briefly summarized them into three particularly significant gains (that is to say, there are many other gains will not be repeated, if you are interested in about me to invite me to dinner and drinks I said to you alone ha): two days of meditation experience, I think it solves the problem of me and many of my fellow practitioners, so that we initially realized: think less, sleep well, and like to laugh.

(1) think less: everyone in the work and life of the many troubles, difficulties, negative emotions, in fact, are from "thinking too much". Thinking too much specifically is to make up a lot of stories for themselves, and these stories are basically related to the past and the future, at the same time, their role in the story position is either the victim or the abuser, in short, it is not easy to make themselves happy with the kind of story. ?

For example, if you are too consumed and over-exerted in the workplace, you may make up a story for yourself that I must work hard and work hard again to get a promotion and a raise in salary in order to gain respect and attention, so that you can be a loser against the odds, buy a car and a house and have a deposit, and win over a rich woman and go to the top of the ladder. And every day by the life and work of all kinds of push away, can not find happiness and meaning or take too much responsibility for the people, may give their own story is: so-and-so better than my development, is relying on the relationship between the family and special resources, if I am he I can also; leadership and how the next target, today that customer is really difficult, daughter-in-law, how so much talk to chatter, how the child can not write homework I do not give him some power to see if it is not possible. He some powerful look is not possible; or how to start a business is so difficult, these people recruited how to go wrong again and again, every day so many problems waiting for me to solve ......

? These are "stories about the past and the future", and we have added to the story of the interpretation of the colorful, in fact, what will happen after the efforts of the future that has not yet happened, the leadership and how the customer that has happened in the past, how so-and-so actually developed to today you do not fully know, you just make up a story for yourself. Seemingly reasonable story only; daughter-in-law's seemingly "chatter", the child's seemingly "do not write homework properly" are also the past story only, here is your "judgment", there is a The first thing you need to do is to get your hands on a new pair of shoes or boots.

Thinking too much, let us live in the "story", the story exists in each of our minds, also known as "thoughts", countless thoughts every day in each of our minds, some thoughts you focus on, it directly affects your next action. Some thoughts you focus on, it directly affects your next action, some thoughts you seem to ignore, but it vaguely affects the emotional ups and downs that you do not realize. These thoughts are the root cause of your confusion and worry. The so-called positive thinking is to stop focusing on thoughts related to the past or the future, and just "focus on the present".

? How do you do this? The Zen Master, Mr. Jyoru, gave us a great tool: pause. You need to have the awareness to press the "pause button" at the right time, to remove yourself from thoughts of the past and future, and focus on the present. In the Positive Thinking meditation class, we do deliberate practice, through: listening to the sound, sip of water, look at each other, eat oranges, clap your hands, meditate, etc., to experience the feeling of "living in the present moment", so that the body remembers this wonderful feeling of living in the present moment.

? Mr. Jingru of the Zen Center said, "Is there a past? There is no past! There is no future? There is no future! That's how you really see the truth. It's really important to live in the present. The key: pause.

(2) Sleeping well: The two-day meditation class also solved years of problems for several insomniacs and sleep-difficulty sufferers. In the words of the same practitioner, this is a meditation class is not sleep is to play the class, but it is in such a class, he inadvertently realized the true meaning of life, learned how to eat, how to sleep, how to walk, there is a metamorphosis.

This class we 30 people together collective sleep three times, each time is ten minutes, sleep form are different, but the scene so many people have shared a little bit of their own experience of how to sleep well, but also very wonderful and interesting. The mystery of this in my opinion, one is to sleep with conscious abdominal breathing, this is actually many people know, but not in the sleep moment intentionally to do so. It is the kind of reason you know, but still do not sleep well, then you did not do it according to who you blame right. Positive thinking meditation class creates an opportunity to sleep well. And why usually do not sleep well, because the head of the "thoughts" too much, which is back to the "think too much" problem that I just said, let yourself pause, withdraw from the thoughts, focus on the present moment and the breath, you will sleep very well.

Regarding sleeping well, there are a few more details that we can share in the meditation class: one is that we ate vegetarian food in the past two days, and our body burden was much lighter than usual; the other is that we did bone setting exercises, and did a lot of physical exercise, not only did we set the bones, but our bodies were also very tired. The third is that the first night arranged the ancient sound healing, ancient sound and body frequency **** vibration played a very good healing effect. Four is that we play very happy, like a child in the Meihuazhou green grass on the eagle catching chickens and throwing handkerchiefs, mood special good special happy, the body and special tired, can sleep well it.

(3) like to laugh: Zen teacher Jingru is a master "sermon", a moment and an actor "play", a moment is a singer "chanting", At one moment he was a master "preaching", at another time he was an actor "acting", at another time he was a singer "chanting", and at another time he was a child "being naughty". The atmosphere was delightful and relaxing, and it was a joy to sing the class song and to learn and share together. In fact, at the beginning of the course, Ms. Jingru shared with us the essence of "play", only when you can play, you can really relax and live in the moment, only when you are a playful person, you can live a happy and happy life.

? In the matter of play, we all need to learn from our children, especially the youngest children are the most able to live in the moment and have fun. We can't help but smile and feel happy when we see them engaged. Why is it that children can do this and adults can't play and engage so freely? Because children can "be true to themselves" and we as adults can't. We have too many inhibitions. We have too many scruples, care about the outside world's eyes, consider the expectations of others, so we can not like children "to be true to themselves".

In the meditation class, Ms. Jingru didn't call us by our full names, she used to call us little so-and-so, such as little Lianlian, little Junjun, and so on, and I think maybe it was also a way for us to try to be the child who is full of curiosity about the world and other people, who is friendly, who is very courageous, who can easily show her weaknesses, and who is living her life with great authenticity. Suddenly I remembered the saying: Sing as if no one is listening, dance as if no one is appreciating, cry as if no one knows. Taking care of yourself and living as you are, not as others expect you to be, is the only way to realize "like to laugh".

? You may say that children's truth and innocence is because they have not experienced much, if I were like them, I do not know anything, do not care about anything, I can also be silly every day. What I want to say is: the so-called meditation, about a practice, perhaps it is because we grow up, the more experience, we need to continue to practice their own, to maintain a child's heart and a childish innocence. That is the real thing: half a lifetime away, return is still a teenager.

3. Next, I will how to put the positive thoughts meditation experience to continue to practice things: we this class, do a 100 days of positive thoughts meditation card camp. Punch Card: Record your practice of the content of the meditation course every day, including: thinking about eating, thinking about sleeping, thinking about meditation, thinking about orthopedic yoga, mouth and tongue exercises, shaking the middle chakra, singing the class song, smiling, smiling, smiling, listening to the Seven Lotus Blossoms, etc. There are a lot of beautiful things you can do. There are so many beautiful things you can do.

Oops, wrote a lot of words. I'm not sure how the people who read it feel about it. One of the most important things I learned in the meditation class is that it is better to talk a lot and listen a lot than to do a lot. Only when you do it will you feel, experience and change. After reading more words, listening to more sharing, and saying more promises, you can't experience the beauty of positive thinking unless you do it.

Take a break from your thoughts, pause, and experience this moment right now, what sounds do you hear? The honking of a car, the wang of a puppy, the image of the TV or the song in the background? What do you see? Look up and around you, family? Friends, strangers? The TV at home? Or the flowers on the windowsill? What color are they? What shape are they? What size are they? Look closely at what you see and remember it with your eyes. What do you smell? The scent of a meal? Or the fruity scent of a scented candle? Or the body odor of a small child? Breathe it in, feel it. Are you eating something? Pause for a moment, look at it, smell it y, lick it, and savor it in small bites, and notice how much better it tastes. Congratulations, you have entered the "present moment". If you listened, looked, smelled, and tasted, you have already begun the journey of positive thinking. Isn't it wonderful, because those sounds, flavors, shapes and details are usually ignored by us, and our senses become sharper and richer due to positive thinking, and at the same time, in that moment of experience, there is no anxiety, confusion or distress, there is only peace and beauty, there is only the present moment.
