Nongrak Dance: It is the dance with the longest history of expressing the content of agricultural life of the Korean people, and it originated from the ancient rituals and hunting activities. Nongrak Dance is divided into two kinds of performances: plot performance and skill performance. The performance team is directed by the dancers who hold small gongs, and the general team consists of 29 people, with the leader holding the "order flag" or "agricultural flag", followed by the band and various characters.
Mask Dance: This is a male dance performed in a mask. It is a combination of chanting, dialogue, dance, and other art forms, and is dramatic in nature. Masked dances are often used to express satirical content, with lively and humorous plots.
Sword Dance: Also known as Sword Dance, it is a female dance performed with a short sword. There is a movable device between the hilt and the body of the sword, and the performer can freely fling and rotate the sword to make it emit a regular sound, which complements the beautiful dance and creates a fighting atmosphere.
The long encouragement dance is a prop dance performed with a long drum, which can be performed by both men and women. Women's long encouragement style is elegant; men's long encouragement style is dashing and active. This dance originated from the single performance in the Nongrak Dance, and has evolved into solo, duo and group dances, which have been widely spread among the Korean people.
