Xiamen Shanhai Health Trail reopened can I ride a bike?

The Xiamen Shanhai Health Trail was officially opened to the public on New Year's Day this year. The health trail is mainly for running and fitness, so bicycles are not allowed on the usual trail. Skates and other walking gear are not allowed. Please remember other prohibited items.

Xiamen Shanhai Health Trail reopens

Gulangyu Island scenic spot and Xiamen Shanhai Health Trail reopened from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2008, and the Xiamen-Gulangyu tourist route resumed flights on the same day. Epidemic prevention and control period, the public and tourists into the scenic area must wear masks, not to gather in the scenic area to play cards, singing, dancing, making tea and other gatherings, dinners and other activities.

The Xiamen Health Trail is about 23 kilometers long, starting at the cruise terminal and ending at Guanyinshan Dream Beach. Along the route there are Yaodang Lake, Huwei Mountain, Xianyue Mountain, Round Mountain, Lingxue, Hutoushan, Jinshan, Hubin Reservoir, Wujianwan, Huzai Mountain, Guanyin Mountain and other islands, "eight mountains and three water". Health Trail connects the important ecological nodes in the north and central part of Xiamen Island, forming a walking corridor through the island in the east-west direction of the mountains and the sea.

The Xiamen Health Trail is for pedestrians only. Bicycles *** enjoy, all kinds of motorized vehicles and mopeds are not allowed to enter the trail.

Skateboards, skates, unicycles, balance scooters, bicycles and other means of transportation are prohibited;

Ladies wearing high-heeled shoes are advised to change to flat shoes and non-slip shoes to enter the trail.

It is prohibited to perform instrumental sports on the trails, and group sports such as brisk walking and "storming" are prohibited on the elevated trails.

1. The trail is for pedestrians only. Except for disabled wheelchairs, baby carriages, emergency vehicles or necessary means of production, other vehicles and means of transportation are prohibited.

2. Citizens and visitors are asked not to smoke or light open fires inside the trail.

3. No instrumental sports, brisk walking, storming and other forms of hasty marching (running), and no organization of collective square dancing and other group sports.

4. Do not bring pets into the trails.

5. When people are crowded, please walk on the right.
