I think I have a say in this question. When I first entered the university, I did find that the university was completely different from what I expected, but now that I have been living in the university, how can I adjust my mentality quickly? I will answer you from the following three aspects.

1. Be optimistic about what you are facing. Many people's mentality of going to college collapsed because the high school teacher said it was too easy to go to college, but in fact, everyone who goes to college knows that college is not much easier than high school, and even busier than high school. Faced with many trivial things, I always feel that things have never been finished and I have no clue, but in fact, when you were in the third year of high school, you got up before dawn and slept until late. Isn't that coming? Compared with senior three, college life is really easy, so we should change our thinking and be optimistic.

2. Find something that makes you happy and stick to it. I like dancing myself, but in high school, I didn't have time to learn dancing for my studies. But when I went to college, the club activities were colorful, and I joined the dance club to learn dance without studying all the time. For such a long time, whenever I was worried about so many things in college, I would go dancing. In the process of dancing, I will become happy, temporarily forget those troubles, and gain a skill at the same time. So finding something you like during college can really make you happy.

3. Set your own goals and make a little progress towards them every day. Many people feel very busy and muddle along when they go to college. They don't know why they have to do so many useless things every day, so they will find college life very boring. But in fact, this happens because you have no plan for your future, don't know what kind of person you want to be in the future, and of course you are not ready. Therefore, as soon as you go to college, you should immediately plan what kind of person you want to be after graduation and what you want to take away from school when you graduate. These are many certificates. Strong skills? Or a diploma that is not even a diploma? By thinking about these, you can know what preparations you have to make from now on and what you have to do to get these things. After thinking about these, you can make a good daily plan accordingly.
