The trees want to be still, but the wind won't stop

People at a certain time, very much want to be quiet. But often at this moment, always feel that there are all sorts of things outside the disturbance, one after another, one after another, tempting your heart, pulling your soul, confused your God. So the mood fluctuates, the attention is held, a long time can not be calm. Begin to complain about the outside world of the various disturbances, began to resent the fluctuations in the surrounding things, in fact, the surrounding state of all things as in the beginning, but the individual heart has been moved, the intention has been chaotic, it is difficult to calm down for a while.

The development of science and technology, social progress, human access to information with the development of the Internet, broadened a lot, the speed increased several times faster. From oral storytelling, to reading books and newspapers, to forums and blogs, all kinds of short videos, the speed of information dissemination nowadays allows you to feel the world's rapid changes. It also reduces the chances of being able to take a moment of silence.

Every day out of the building, the latest pop songs accompanied by a square dancer waving his hands first into the eyes; walking on the road, a variety of cell phone ringtones, short message tone; standing in the subway, a variety of advertising campaigns endless; into the unit elevator, there is always a floor of the business ads beeps; finally arrived at the unit, you just walked into the restroom, all kinds of short videos of the sound of the waves to come. So the whole day you are either in the noisy public **** environment engaged in boring work, or in the noisy advertising sound to go home. Just when you think you can actually meditate in the evenings, the various knocks on the door next door for delivery and the shouts of the courier downstairs pull you back once again. So once again try to meditate until the late night brings the slightest bit of peace.

The people around, the surrounding things, objective existence, you and I are powerless to change. If you want to be quiet, you still have to start from yourself. Whether you are willing to turn off your cell phone, whether you can close Ning Qi. How long have you not put down your cell phone, and go to meditation to read a book; and how long have not handwritten notes. When the window of the tantalizing lights on, ears heard a whistling siren, whether you still have the strength of determination.

Meditation and focus are often intertwined. When you really sink your mind, whether it is to do a job, read a book, or write an article, or even think about a problem; you have long been immersed in their own world, can not hear the noise in the distance, can not smell the surrounding hustle and bustle, in their own world, in their own thoughts, wandering, forward. When you look back, unknowingly time has passed quietly, but the brain, based on the memory left at that time, it will enter your dreams, become your memories, remind you from time to time.

The highest meditation, perhaps meditation. Close your eyes, sit in silence, empty your brain, do not leave a trace of distraction, do not cause a piece of dust. This state is perhaps the highest state of meditation, I personally have never succeeded. Always in my eyes closed, can not do in the brain without a trace of distraction, can not do to empty the state. Perhaps my thoughts are too complicated, perhaps this state of mind is destined to have no relationship with me.

In the midst of the noise, put your mind at rest, even if it takes 5-10 minutes a day, forget yourself, forget everything around you, maybe life will be different, emotions will be adjusted.
