In August of the first year of Xianfeng, the fifth living Buddha went to Beijing to appear before Emperor Wenzong.

At present, the seventh living Buddha is Yi Xicheng Lai Jiancuo in Lausanne, and the abbot is Asling Lama. Ada Lama died last year!
