Jumping Movement

Preparatory posture: upright.
The first eight beats
1. Jump left forward 45 degrees into a left lunge, bend both arms flat in front of the chest (make a fist).
2 jumped to stand side by side, and their arms returned to their original state.
3. Jump forward in a left lunge, swinging both arms sideways to the head to give a high-five.
4. Turn right and jump 45 degrees to return to upright.
5-6 Do a small hop twice with your legs together, and bend your arms flat in front of your chest (make a fist).
7 Jump with one leg and raise both arms to the side (fists become palms).
8 is restored to an upright position.
The second eight beats
1. Kick the right foot back and jump, while bending the elbows in front of the chest with both arms (the heart of the fist is backward).
2. Kick and jump with your left foot, and at the same time raise your arms downward (with the center of your fist facing inward).
3. Kick your right foot back and jump, raising your arms sideways.
4 Jump to stand side by side, with both arms at your side.
5-6 Jump into a half-squat position, and at the same time cross your arms in front of the body and wrap them outward to raise them to the side (fists become palms).
7-8 return to upright position.
The third and fourth eight-beats are the same as the first and second eight-beats, but in opposite directions.
The fifth to eighth eight beats are the same as the first to fourth eight beats
