The aging Schwarzenegger is returning to the Terminator.
Schwarzenegger stars in James Cameron's new film Terminator: a Dark Destiny, which is scheduled to open in North America on November 1, picking up where Terminator 2: Judgment Day left off when it was released 28 years ago.
At the age of 72, Schwarzenegger's hair, beard and beard are white, and his face is a bit blonde, but his body is still strong and sturdy, and his spirit is full of vigor, so the fight scenes in the movie are still as good as ever.

Schwarzenegger rely on muscle debut, after the big red still did not slack off, decades as one day to maintain a strong muscle, he is how to do it?
This also has to start from Schwarzenegger as a child.
Schwarzenegger's full name is Arnold Schwarzenegger, born on July 30, 1947 in Graz, Austria, a small town.
His mother was a housewife.
The father, Gustav Schwarzenegger, was a policeman who wanted his two sons to lead by example in the town.

So he was very strict with them, always training them the way a policeman would.
He and his brother were often forced to race, with the skinny Schwarzenegger always the loser.
Schwarzenegger's childhood was characterized by failure and reprimands from his father.
Later, his disappointed father sent Schwarzenegger to play soccer.
Schwarzenegger had little interest in soccer, but he didn't dare defy his father.
But learning soccer was a turning point in Schwarzenegger's destiny.
He unexpectedly found confidence and purpose.
As it turned out, Schwarzenegger had to go to a weightlifting club to strengthen his legs after every soccer practice.
The club was full of strong, muscular men.
Slowly, Schwarzenegger became interested in a toned body.
He began to consciously build muscle.
At the age of 13, Schwarzenegger lifted the first barbell of his life.

The lift gave him confidence and a purpose in life: I want to be the strongest.
Those around him immediately praised, "You're working out so well, you're so muscular, and you'll be able to carry a 135-pound deadlift for the push press after a week of training."
Praise like that gets Schwarzenegger's blood boiling.
It was a feeling he hadn't experienced since he was a kid, and he felt fantastic.
He decided that he would train the muscles that got him the praise.
In the summer of 1962, Schwarzenegger started going to the gym.
The gym was a humble place, but it was the place where he felt happiest.
He spent a lot of time in the gym every day.
Gradually, Schwarzenegger became addicted to working out.
He became so obsessed with training that his mother had to limit his workouts for fear of harming his body.
While the rooms of adolescent boys of his age were filled with pictures of beautiful women, Schwarzenegger's room was filled with pictures of one muscular man, Reg Park.
The fact that his son was only interested in muscular men gave his mother a headache, and for a while she thought he might be a little less normal.
The mother's fears were apparently redundant; Reg Parker was only idolized by teenage Schwarzenegger.
Years later after Schwarzenegger was elected governor of California, he made a special transatlantic phone call to his idol to report his happiness.
Reg Parker recalled that Arnold excitedly said, "Guess who called me first to congratulate me?" "One was Bush! One was Mandela!"
Of course this was an afterthought, and at this point Schwarzenegger was just an ordinary star-struck teenager with an unattainable idol.
Reg Park won four Mr. Universe's, was the greatest bodybuilder of the 50's and 60's, and was also a famous movie actor.
Schwarzenegger first met Reggie Parker when he saw an interview with Parker in a fitness magazine, and after watching it, he set out to get Parker's body.
He began to study every article related to Parker, how he trained, what he ate every day.
And unintentionally watching the movie "Hercules" in the cinema, he found that the male lead was actually Reg Parker.

Schwarzenegger was instantly attracted to the lead character Parker, who has perfect lines and strength.
Reg Parker showed Schwarzenegger the way: build muscle and you can become not only a bodybuilder, but also a movie star.
From this moment on, Schwarzenegger found the goal of his life: I have to become a world champion bodybuilder and then make movies.
As it turned out later, Schwarzenegger really achieved his goal.
But he had a long way to go before that.
After all, he was still just an Austrian country boy.
His dream seemed like a pipe dream to many.
His workout partner reassured him, "Maybe, just maybe, in ten years' time you'll be able to achieve what Reg has achieved so far."
But Schwarzenegger was adamant that he was not only going to achieve it, but he was going to achieve his goal very soon.
So Schwarzenegger embarked on an even more rigorous workout program.
Weight training was done six days a week, sometimes twice a day.
Though those around him laughed at him, "Are you dreaming? It's impossible to succeed."
Even his father thought his idea was ridiculous and humiliating.
But Schwarzenegger was convinced of himself: since Reg Park could do it, it was possible.
No matter what obstacles come my way, I'm going to overcome them, and no matter what it takes, I'm going to realize my goals and dreams.

The first obstacle Schwarzenegger encountered came from his father.
Parents always want to plan their children's lives, and Schwarzenegger Sr. was no exception.
His son's unrealistic dreams worried his father: how could he keep his son on the ground and lead an ordinary, stable life?
So his father searched everywhere for connections, and finally asked a friend to send 17-year-old Schwarzenegger into the army to drive a tank.

Many people, when faced with family pressure, succumb to their parents' ideas and give up the opportunity to make choices for themselves.
If Schwarzenegger had been like most, Austria might have had one more good tank driver, but the world would have had one less legendary world champion bodybuilder and one less crossover Terminator.
A year after his enlistment, Schwarzenegger got a chance to realize his dream when he was invited to compete in the Junior Mr. Europe contest, which took place in Germany on October 30th of that year.
Schwarzenegger was so happy to receive the invitation that he rushed to his company commander to ask for leave, but was not allowed to do so.
He went back to the battalion commander and was still denied leave.
In the end, he went to all the leaders he could find, but he was not allowed to take leave.
The night before the competition began, on October 29th, Schwarzenegger was tossing and turning with the invitation in his hand, his last chance to compete in a competition that was restricted to teenagers under 18 years of age.
After much struggle, Schwarzenegger decided to stick to his dream and take responsibility for his own life.
His superiors won't allow him to take time off, so he'll sneak into the competition.
Schwarzenegger waited for everyone to fall asleep, and then under the cover of night, he quietly escaped from the barracks over the wall and boarded a train to Stuttgart, Germany.
On the afternoon of October 30, Schwarzenegger arrived at the game.
But he had no experience of competing and didn't even have a gym suit to compete in.
But none of this was difficult for Schwarzenegger.
He borrowed a pair of swim trunks from one of the other competitors and confidently took to the court.
Schwarzenegger, who had no professional training, had no idea how to pose.
When it was announced that the winner was himself, Schwarzenegger couldn't believe it because he knew his pose was awkward.

The result was surprising for viewers, but not for Schwarzenegger.
He is new to the sport but confident and relaxed, with no competition experience but intense training in the gym to give him the perfect body.
Arnold Schwarzenegger became an instant success, winning his first competition title, "Junior Mr. Europe".
The news of Schwarzenegger's victory spread throughout the barracks before he even returned to the team.
The runaway tank driver became an overnight hero.
He received only a small token punishment and made it through his service.
The win reinforced Schwarzenegger's confidence that he was not dreaming and that his dream was not out of reach.
A year later, Schwarzenegger, retired, became the meat and potatoes, the European bodybuilding community could not wait to send out invitations.
Schwarzenegger left the Austrian countryside and came to Munich, the mecca of European bodybuilding.
Country boy to bodybuilder was the first step in a dream.
What followed was a journey that took him less than two years to become the number one bodybuilder in Europe that no one could shake.
Schwarzenegger conquered the European bodybuilding scene, but his goal was to be world bodybuilding champion.
He realized it was time to head to a bigger stage.

Sérgio Oliva was known as the one and only, invincible king of bodybuilding, winning three consecutive Mr. Olympia's starting in 1967.
Schwarzenegger was ambivalent about Oliva.
First he publicly provoked Oliva: "He has no sportsmanship", "He is a coward who only brags and does not dare to act".
Later, he put his arm around Oliva intimately in public and sincerely gave him advice, discussing game strategy with a straight face.
The answer to the conflict was revealed at the 1970 Mr. Olympia.

Near the end of the competition, Schwarzenegger made a, coded sign to Oliva that only athletes understand each other, signaling that his race was over.
Oliva saw the gesture and turned to walk off the stage, while Schwarzenegger continued to perform.
There was no doubt that Oliva, who exited early, would not win the title.
From then on, Oliva never regained the crown, so much so that 16 years later, Oliva's wife angrily shot Schwarzenegger five times.
Heartfelt or sinister, a new king was born.
"No matter what it takes, I will realize my goals and dreams", Schwarzenegger's determination was never just words.
In 1971 his brother died in a car accident.
His father also passed away in 1972.
Yet Schwarzenegger didn't attend a single funeral, simply because he happened to have a fight at the time of the funeral.

With his goal of being a world bodybuilding champion achieved, he moved on to his goal of being an actor.
Those around him began to pour cold water on him again: you speak with an accent, you're too big, no one can spell your name, be practical.
Schwarzenegger responded, "I set out to be the best Mr. Bodybuilder ever when I was fifteen, and I did it, and I'm just as confident now as I was then, and I bet I'll be the best actor ever."
It's good to be confident, but it's not easy in any profession across the board.
Two years after arriving in the US, Schwarzenegger contributed his screen debut in Hercules in New York.

But the film, instead of stirring up any waterworks, was ridiculed: to say that Schwarzenegger's performance was wooden would risk slandering the timber industry.
The first movie was a failure, but in Schwarzenegger's mind it was a new beginning.
After that, Schwarzenegger kept auditioning, as did many newcomers, but was always reduced to running the show.
Because at that time his English was not good at all, he had no acting training and no experience.
In the face of skepticism, Schwarzenegger thought back to his own journey, it is because he did not listen to advice, do not give up, to achieve success.
He wanted to uphold this belief to realize the dream of superstardom.
So, Schwarzenegger began to receive comprehensive acting training, just as he had trained like crazy back then.
Schwarzenegger took home the Most Promising Newcomer award in 1977 for Stay Hungry.

The time came in 1983, when a disenchanted young 30-year-old director was offered the chance to direct a movie by selling his screenplay for $1.
That director was James Cameron, who would go on to create several box office myths, including The Terminator, Titanic, and Avatar.

Cameron took the script and character design manuscript and wanted to ask Schwarzenegger to play the film's antagonist.
It was the complete opposite of what Schwarzenegger had been portraying on screen, and Cameron pondered how he would convince Schwarzenegger.
But as soon as he saw the design of the Terminator, Schwarzenegger agreed to play the role and offered to play the Terminator, a ruthless killer with very few lines.
Cameron was delighted, because the other characters had more than 25 pages of lines, but the Terminator, who showed his power in critical moments, had only 17 lines, which were tailor-made for Schwarzenegger, a champion bodybuilder with little acting experience.
A year later, The Terminator was released in theaters, won numerous awards, and was named one of the ten best films of 1984 by Time magazine.

Even if it's not a crossover, the difficulty factor of being a politician is high.
Some think it's thanks to Schwarzenegger's wife, Maria Shriver, because Maria is the daughter of President Kennedy's own sister.
In fact, Schwarzenegger and the Kennedy family belong to different parties and should not be able to help much.
The successful run for governor was due to the help of the Bush Sr. father and son.
Schwarzenegger began paving the way for himself back in 1988, when he stumped for Bush Sr. in his bid for the presidency.
When Bush Sr. took office, Schwarzenegger was named chairman of the President's Council on Health and Sports.
That day he took all the big political players on the White House lawn for a workout, officially crossing over into American politics.
Despite the backing of the bigwigs, the campaign was full of scandals.
Scandal number one came from the father.
The Los Angeles Times broke the story that Gustav Schwarzenegger was a Nazi officer who joined the infamous Nazi storm troopers in 1939.
The Austrian State Archives, to this day, still has, declassified, the old Schwarzenegger's Nazi officer's license.
As soon as the scandal broke, Marvin Hill, one of the founders of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, went on record in support of Schwarzenegger, revealing that Schwarzenegger had commissioned them to look into his father's history back in 1990, implying that people that Schwarzenegger didn't know much about his father's history shouldn't be held accountable for him.
Schwarzenegger made a particularly good impression on Marvin Hill, who has donated $750,000 and raised millions of dollars for the center over the years.
But Schwarzenegger, unlike other donors, never asked for anything.
So Schwarzenegger has always had a good relationship with Marvin Hill.
The Simon Wiesenthal Center, known as the "Nazi Hunters," is a civic group dedicated to remembering the history of the Holocaust and tracking down Nazi war criminals.
When a group like this comes out in favor of a son of a Nazi, voters are fine with it.
Whether Schwarzenegger is truly generous or visionary, only he knows.
Scandal number two comes from himself.
After the family scandal fiasco died down, the Los Angeles Times broke another black story.
It ran a story called "Women Say Schwarzenegger Trolled and Insulted Them," which revealed six incidents of sexual harassment by Schwarzenegger, from the 1970s to 2000.
Actress Rhonda Miller, who co-starred with Schwarzenegger, then called a press conference to testify that Schwarzenegger had sexually harassed her and that he was unqualified to be governor for what he had done.

Less than an hour later, Schwarzenegger's campaign released a message saying Miller was a drug addict and a prostitute, while leaving an email address for reporters to log on to the Superior Court's official website to access Miller's criminal record.
The journalists investigated and found it wasn't the same Miller, Rhonda Miller was a decent and dedicated actress.
The confusion completely enraged women voters in California, who began marching in protest.
Schwarzenegger had to admit that he did do some out-of-character behavior on set, and that he just thought it was funny at the time, and now realizes that that kind of behavior offends people, and "I'm sorry for that and I apologize for that."
But after apologizing, he accused the reports of being a rival plot that y hurt himself and his family.
Such an insincere apology certainly didn't quell public opinion.
In the same way that many politicians' wives stand up for their husbands at critical moments, Schwarzenegger's wife, Maria, told reporters, "I know a lot of women who work for him, who look up to him, and I've had thousands and thousands of women who have told me that they adore him, that they respect him, and that he's an absolute gentleman."
Maria was initially opposed to her husband stepping into politics, but she chose to support Schwarzenegger at this critical moment.
Despite the fact that the Los Angeles Times is the third-largest newspaper in the US, neither of the two revelations made Schwarzenegger's approval ratings go down.
Schwarzenegger succeeded in being elected governor of California by a wide margin.

In the same way that voters in California regret their decision to cast their ballots, it's not clear if Maria regrets sticking up for her husband on the campaign trail.
After all, when he was in love, the first thing Schwarzenegger said when he first met his future mother-in-law turned out to be, "Your daughter has a beautiful ass."
This sentence dazzled the gentlemen and ladies present at the time.

All the sleaze aside, Schwarzenegger's dedication to his goals is something everyone should learn from.
He crossed the border a few times and achieved one dazzling success after another.
The only thing that has remained the same throughout his many transitions is his original dream: to be the strongest man alive.
Nowadays, Schwarzenegger, who is already a square dancer, still insists on sweating in the gym for at least one and a half hours every day.
He founded the bodybuilding competition named "Arnold", but also operates a number of fitness centers.
He is also the executive editor of Muscle & Fitness, the leading bodybuilding magazine, and writes the fitness section.
One thing he always says is, "You can be the best you can be if you work hard for yourself."
From an Austrian country boy to the governor of California, from a world bodybuilding champion to a Hollywood superstar, Schwarzenegger has lived his life to prove this statement.
