The thing I hate the most is working overtime, especially at night. For an employee, proper rest is essential to keep them in a happy mood. People who go to work every day without a break look especially frustrated and tired. They are immersed in this bad state all day long, which is a huge blow to the body to the mind.
? The thing I hate the most is to go to the company to work overtime, especially night shift. I used to have to work overtime a lot when I was working in my old organization. Sometimes I just got home from work, the leader called and said: wait a while, you take a taxi over. I need to rush a batch of tasks at night. Whenever I hear this sentence, I want to curse.
The next morning, it was almost dawn. When I dragged my tired body out of the company. I would feel that the sun was unusually harsh and my lungs were unusually hard. That feeling was just awful. So then I chose to leave that company resolutely and find a more relaxed job without overtime.
Nowadays, people are particularly willing to take a break, take me as an example. Every Friday afternoon, I can't help but feel the stirring in my heart, thinking of a warm bed and a warm home, I'm inexplicably happy. On my days off, I can lie in bed and watch my favorite movies, TV shows. I can also take my own children to fun places to play, so that they can grow their knowledge and keep his mood happy.
Our kids especially love to go out. As the child is now two years old, often running around. And two-year-olds don't know much, so if her mom takes him out alone, there's a chance that a little negligence could lead to a big mistake. So he usually stays at home a lot of time, as long as I have the weekend off, he will get up especially early. When he gets up, he goes to my bedside and wakes me up so that I can take him out to play.
If I don't take him out, he cries. Usually, I take her to the park until 10 o'clock. In the park he runs and jumps like a happy little elf. Sometimes he even imitates old people dancing in the square. It's so cute to see his funny face. I wouldn't have experienced this joy if the company had worked overtime. There is also no one to take my son out for a walk, which leads to him staying at home and not sleeping well at night. That's why weekend breaks are exceptionally important to me, and I don't like working overtime.
And if I don't take the weekend off, I feel extra tired when I go to work on Monday, both physically and mentally. I hate the feeling of working 12 days in a row if I work overtime on weekends, making myself like a machine. I don't have time to meet up with friends for a drink, and my life is too monotonous. It's a bad experience to have to go back and forth between the company and your home.
So, working overtime on weekends is a bad experience.
