Mayday, a band formed on Youth Day in 1997, originated in Taipei, Taiwan. It was formed by five students from Normal University High School who are now studying in different universities. The band consists of Shin on vocals, Monster and Stone on guitars, and Martha on bass. The first three drummers were Chien Yoda, Chen Yincheong and Robert from Turbid Water Creek Commune, and the current drummer is Kuan-You from why not.
