Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shen Che,1born in Taiwan Province on March 26th, 967, is a singer, actor and head of the stage troupe.
1987, Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shen Che signed a contract with Jushi Music, a subsidiary of Rolling Stone Records, and released his first album Lies in 1989. 1995 set up music studio Chaole and joined EMI's brand seed music. He won 1996 Golden Melody Award and Best Mandarin Male Singer Award for his album Tolerance. 1997 released the album "Overfire", "Missing", "Love" and "Intuition".
