Tea tasting was very popular in Tang Dynasty. Tea poems and paintings abound, and the atmosphere of tea tasting and fighting is prevalent in the court. During the spring tea picking every year, the court will hold some tea-related celebrations, tea ceremonies or sacrificial activities, and tea affairs are one of them. Tea is a special dance in the Tang Dynasty, which is different from the "soft dance" popular in the court and the "healthy dance" imported from abroad like Hu Xuan. This is a unique dance with Hu Xuan color and belongs to the "soft dance" style.
3. The performance of tea set is either in the natural environment or on the folk stage. Usually three people perform, one man and two women. The man is called tea master, and the woman is called tea mother. Dancing needs Kirin, Phoenix, flower basket, flower umbrella, colorful fan and so on.
4. Dance shows the scene of tea pickers going up the mountain, taking the path, passing through the tea bushes, picking tea, chasing each other during the tea harvest season and playing in nature. Talking and laughing, lively and cheerful, people seem to be in a tea garden in spring.
5. Tea is simple, generous and humorous. This form of singing and dancing fully shows the industrious and optimistic attitude of working people towards life.
