The leafing line is the equipment of American MacTavish Company. The whole process of leaf beating is controlled by computer. The re-roasting machine is the equipment of American Proctor Company, which can automatically control the temperature and moisture of tobacco. Hydraulic baler is made by American Fishburne Company, and all baling operations are automated. The whole production line and testing equipment are of advanced level in the world.
According to the world's advanced soft leafing and low-temperature slow-roasted sliced tobacco process, this leafing line can minimize the shredding of tobacco, increase the rate of large slices, reduce the leaf-in-stalk and leaf-in-stalk, and ensure the moisture uniformity of the slices and the quality of the stalks. It can be packed in 200kg cartons or sacks according to different needs of users.
