Studied at Guizhou Institute of Nationalities and Southwest Institute of Fine Arts. He worked successively in the Policy Research Office of Binh Viet County Committee, Guizhou Ethnic Languages Steering Committee, Guizhou Ethnic Publishing House, and Guizhou Ethnic Affairs Commission.
