Colorful Lantern Dance
Tongliang Dragon Dance is a kind of dance art form with dragons as the main props circulating in Tongliang County, Chongqing, including two series of Dragon Lantern Dance and Colorful Lantern Dance. The Dragon Dance mainly includes ten varieties of dragons, such as big wriggling dragon, fire dragon, straw dragon, bamboo shootshell dragon, etc. The Colorful Lantern Dance mainly includes twelve varieties of dragons, such as Fish Leaping Dragon Door, Three Stripes, Eighteen Bachelors, etc. The first one is the Dragon Dance.
First of all, the emergence of dance varieties is due to the continuous enrichment of dance contents. Previously, dances could be divided into two categories: artistic dances and life dances, which simply means those staged on the stage and those not staged on the stage.
