What is "digital dance"?

The concept of multimedia dance has also been developed on a larger scale or in the context of digital art. The technology of digitization has pushed contemporary dance to the extreme of individuality while at the same time making it a product of the extreme of the masses. It's an interesting set of extremes, and the isolation that digitalization has given us, while at the same time bringing about collaborative interactions and exchanges.
