The song Xiao Fang was written, composed and sung by Li Chunbo. Included in the album Xiao Fang released in June, 1993. Due to the sense of historical identity, this song quickly attracted many educated youths in those years and received rave reviews.
Xiao Fang, the album of the same name released by China Records Guangzhou Company, broke through the million mark in half a year, creating a miracle in China's recording industry and ranking in the charts all over the country. Li Chunbo won the Top Ten Most Popular Male Singers Award with 1993.
On March 20th, 20 15, Ronghao Li covered the song "Xiao Fang" in "I am a singer in the third season". Although it didn't break through, it made this old song popular again.
