3 18 Sichuan-Tibet Line Tour: Eighteen Bends in Tianlu and Shangri-La Town

We set off at 7: 30 in the morning on the 30th, and it wasn't long before the car hit the road when a bird hit us. With a bang, we were all startled, and we probably wouldn't live. Nima, the driver, hurriedly recited the scriptures and stepped over to the bird. I don't know what he is reading, but I heard him reading all the way. Don't think that one day's study is enough. In order to cross the unlucky bird, he will continue to study in the next two days.

Depart from Kangding and pass Tianlu 18 bend. Tianlu 18 bend is located on the road from Yajiang to Litang in Sichuan, on the 3 18 national highway, and crosses Jianziwan Mountain at an altitude of 4659 meters. There is an observation deck halfway up the mountain, overlooking the whole scenery. The winding mountain road is very spectacular. Many people take photos and punch in here, and it is not easy to take a photo.

Litang and Haizi Mountain are relatively high in altitude, and more than 4 thousand meters is even more desolate. There was no scenery except barren hills and rocks along the way. Because of the high altitude, it is particularly cold. When you get off to see the scenery, it is often freezing. Qingdao girls in the same trade rarely wear clothes and rarely get off to see the scenery. As for me, I am curious. No matter where the driver stops, he won't miss it. It is also good to see wasteland, Haizi, blue sky and white clouds.

Today's destination is Shangri-La Town. Before entering the town, the driver pulled over and showed us the peach blossoms on the roadside. There are some wild peach trees on both sides of the road, which are very big and full of peach blossoms. The color is very light, not as rich as the common peach blossoms in the south. There is a river by the road. We crossed the bridge to the other side and walked along the road until we reached the door of a Tibetan family. A young woman came out with two children and greeted us in a friendly way. The little girl is sitting on the swing under the peach tree. Brother Yan is taking pictures of her. I chatted with that woman and learned that her family had sent her sister to Chengdu for treatment. A person with two children at home, some cold and cheerless. The nearest one to her home is also a few hundred meters. It is inconvenient to walk around. Look at their clothes, it's still pretty miserable. Before leaving, Brother Yan gave some money for the children to buy snacks. I can only look at it with shame, because all my bags were left in the car except the mobile phone for taking pictures. The woman insisted on not accepting it, but she finally had to accept it. She insisted on giving us something in return, but we refused.

Shangri-la town is also very small, the town is basically hotels, and there are few aborigines. After dinner, you can go for a walk. I wanted to go to the barber shop to wash my hair, but there is only one barber shop in town, and the business is very good. My sister in Qingdao is waiting there. I have no patience, so I have to go back to the hotel and wash it myself. My hotel is Daocheng Xianggela Hotel, which is relatively old and has ordinary room facilities. Although there is no air conditioning, Yuba still has these. The fly in the ointment is that the floor drain in my room is a little blocked, and it takes half a day to dry after taking a shower. This hotel has always been a three-story building with no elevator. At first, I was arranged in a room on the first floor. Considering that the first floor might be noisy, the driver communicated with the hotel enthusiastically and helped me to change to a room on the third floor. He also helped me with my luggage. On the other hand, every time I stay in a hotel without an elevator, he helps me move my luggage up and down. He's really hard.

There is a square in front of the hotel. Get up early and you can see some old people playing Tai Chi there. This town is very quiet at night. If you go out for a walk, you can see many restaurants, but the business is relatively deserted. On the evening of 30th, I walked two or three times in the most prosperous street in the town, and finally I only left an impression on a restaurant, or it was because of the words at the door of the store: cool white tea is nothing but waiting for the wind.
