In the thick of spring in March, butterflies dance in the peony bushes; at dawn, the begonia branches crow.
[Translation]
Rocks and mountains face each other, and mountains and streams face each other. The distant river bank faces the dangerous embankment, the long legs of the crane face the pheasants, and the geese on the water face the pheasants in the mountains. The stars circled the North Star and the moon set in the west. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty made a jade plate to receive the nectar and the people's hope for soup, just like looking at the clouds during a drought.
After King Wu of Zhou defeated Zhou, he scattered his war horses to the south of Huashan Mountain and herded cattle in the fields of peach trees to show peace in the world. It is said that when a good horse was dragging a salt cart at Yuban, it looked at Bole neighing and knew that only Bole understood it. In the Han Dynasty, the uncles and nephews Shuguang and Shushou resigned from their official positions due to their enlightenment. In the Shang Dynasty, the brothers Boyi and Shuqi gave each other the position of king. The spring scenery in March is rich, butterflies are dancing in the peony bushes, and cuckoos are singing on the crabapple trees at dawn.
