Zen Dance*** has 11 basic movements, which are:
1, hand stretching: both hands as straight as possible upward, arms together, palms facing forward;
2, bowing squatting: left leg bowing, right leg squatting, right knee touching the ground;
3, standing palm: both hands palms facing forward, slowly open;
4, semi-squatting: legs apart, right leg squatting, left leg standing;
5, stooping crouching: hands grasping ankles, right knee touching the ground, hands holding knees;
5, stooping crouching: hands grasping ankles, hands holding knees, standing, right knee touching the ground. Right leg squatting, left leg standing;
5, bending squatting: hands grab ankles, right knee touching the ground, hands on the knee
6, head up and hold the knee: right hand to support the head, left hand to hold the knee!
7, turn around and review: step with both feet, turn your body around, and review with both eyes;
8, open both arms: lower both arms, open the right arm to the right side, and the left arm to the left side;
9, walk with lifted knees: separate the legs, lift the knee with the right leg forward, and support with the left leg;
