Previously, this kind of dance is not very understanding
Can even say that I have not heard of it
It should be that I'm too ignorant of the first time to know the ghost dance
From my classmates that the video clips
It seems to be a Frenchman skill is very high. I was amazed at the use of footwork
My friend asked me to see if the video was a fake and I looked up the information and realized that it was because of the depth of his skills
And I also became very interested in this type of dance
We used to dance in the street when we were still in school
And I have been exposed to almost every type of dance
Long time practice and the friends in the community who were in the same position as us. I've practiced for a long time and communicated with my friends and seniors in the community
I've learned a lot about them
It's a little more in-depth, I guess
In my opinion, there's a lot of differences between trapeze and other styles of dance
No matter what music you use, the form of the performance, or the rhythms that you practice, there's a lot of differences in my opinion.
Today, since I'm off from work
I tried to learn it by watching videos on the internet (there's no better way to do it right now)
I don't know if it's because this dance is new to China or not
I didn't find a lot of videos of people teaching it in China
Mostly, I found videos of people practicing it.
After spending time practicing it.
I found a few interesting things
As a novice trapeze dancer, I would like to share this with others who are just starting to practice trapeze
Learning at first
wasn't very uncomfortable
Maybe because of the little bit of background I had from previous hip-pop steps
It took less time than I had expected to master the basic steps.
But it didn't take long for me to get the hang of it
I don't know if other newcomers feel the same way I do
It's like I don't feel comfortable with the steps I'm taking
And the steps I'm taking after them
It's not as though I'm comfortable with the way I'm taking them. If the Melbourne Trail Dancers in the video are walking in style
My steps look like I'm trotting forward and I'm not comfortable
It looks like I'm stepping in place but it doesn't have the same effect as the basic steps in the video
And I've been looking at some of the newcomer's assignments on this board
It looks like they are the same as me.
It seemed like I was having the same problem
After a few different attempts
I finally realized that the problem
was the center of gravity
I was actually missing the mark on this one
Because when practicing other styles of dance I always remembered to keep the center of gravity at the right point
and keep it relatively low
It was the center of gravity.
Because I always remembered to keep my center of gravity relatively low when practicing other dances
so that I could better control my body to make more difficult and fancy moves
But since I was learning a new style of dance this time around
I didn't have a clue what to expect, so I forgot about that part of the routine altogether.
I found that by adjusting my center of gravity
I was able to achieve the same effect as in the video
Compared to before I made the adjustment, my body would always be leaning forward
That way, it would not take long for my upper body to restrict my lower body's movement(- -)
After improvement, I found that if I carefully control
my footsteps can follow my body movement
This is a very important part of my body's movement.
To achieve the extremely elegant effect shown in the video
Also, when practicing, try to minimize the number of jumps and other movements
It is still important to control the center of gravity
Control the unconscious bouncing of your feet to a dragging motion
The upper body should not be too rigid and should not be too heavy, but it is important to control the center of gravity. Don't be too stiff on your upper body, relax properly and allow yourself to let go (open your upper body properly)
This way the result will be better
The above are just some of my personal experiences
Because it's only my first time
There's only so much I can do, because I'm a newbie
I hope that if there are any mistakes that I've made, we can correct them (and criticize them).
I hope you can correct me if I'm wrong (I don't mind if I'm criticized)
Or if you have any other experiences or suggestions, I hope you can share them here
In order to learn
The purpose of positive communication is to help you and yourself to make good progress in tumbling
And to get better so that other people can recognize you for your own learning in future.
In the future, I hope to be able to integrate here will play the masters to me more guidance
Newbie in this site more exchanges not because of anything else just because of the love of dance
I hope that we can learn more and more, and I hope that we have a good video can be shared together!
