The only architectural training school in Fangshan District, Beijing with the qualification and permission to run a school is the training and examination institution designated by Beijing Construction Committee, which is affiliated to Fangshan District Construction Committee. In 2005, Beijing Fangshan Architectural Training School was rated as "Beijing Excellent Training Institution of Architectural Education" in the teaching evaluation and inspection of architectural training institutions. From 2005 to 2008, it was rated as an advanced unit of private education by Fangshan District Education Committee for four consecutive years.
