Recently approved by the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress consideration of the "Shaoxing City civilized behavior promotion regulations" to make clear prohibitive provisions, and set the corresponding penalty.
Shaoxing Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee said that in 2015 Shaoxing City was awarded the honorary title of National Civilized City, the development of regulations aimed at promoting civilized behavior and civilized society construction work into the rule of law.
The regulations state that citizens should comply with the public **** environmental civilized behavior norms, square dancing, open-air singing and other outdoor activities, should be in accordance with the provisions of a reasonable choice of venues, time, control the volume, shall not create noise interference with the normal production and life of others.
Violation of the above provisions to create noise interference with the normal production and life of others, by the public security organs of the organizers to give a warning; warning is not corrected, a fine of two hundred yuan or more than five hundred yuan.
