Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Wulingyuan refer to a scenic spot. Wulingyuan is the general name of scenic spots, including Zhangjiajie Forest Park, Tianzishan Nature Reserve, Shili Gallery, Glass Plank Road, Tianmen Mountain, 99 Wonders, Yuanjiajie, Jin Bianxi, Bailong Ladder and other places.

Introduction of Wulingyuan Scenic Spot

Wulingyuan Scenic Area is located in the northwest of Hunan Province in central China, with east longitude110 20' 30 "~10 41'15" and north latitude 29 16' 25 "~ 29. It consists of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Zhangjiajie City, Suoxiyu Nature Reserve in Cili County and Tianzishan Nature Reserve in Sangzhi County, and then a new scenic spot in Yang Jiajie was discovered.

Fiona Fang covers an area of 369 square kilometers, with more than 3,000 strange peaks and rocks, of which 243 are above 1000 meters above sea level. Wulingyuan is located at the junction of seasonal sandstone and limestone. A large area of limestone karst landform in the north of the scenic spot has been eroded and dissolved by river changes for hundreds of millions of years, forming countless caves, sinkholes, skylights and springs. The forest coverage rate of Wulingyuan scenic spot is 67%.

There are more than 400 species of wild animals, more than 850 species of woody plants, 3 species of leopard, clouded leopard and yellow-bellied pheasant under first-class protection, and 25 species of giant salamander, macaque and pangolin under second-class protection. There are 5 species of Davidia involucrata, Bole Tree and Taxus chinensis var. mairei, and 16 species of Taxus chinensis, Eucommia ulmoides and Magnolia officinalis.
