The Red Star Shines Brightly Song

The Red Star Song

Lyrics: Wu Dawei/Wei Guanbao

Music: Fu Gengchen

The red star shines brightly? The red star is the heart of the workers and peasants

The red star is the heart of the workers and peasants

The red star is the heart of the workers and peasants? The red star flashes to drive away the darkness

In the cold winter? The red star flashes to welcome spring

In the midst of the struggle, the red star flashes to show the way

The red star flashes to show the way. The red star flashes to show the way

On the journey? The red star flashes to open the road

The red star flashes to show its splendor? The red star shines brightly and warms my heart

Following Chairman Mao and the Party? The flashing red star has been passed on to ten thousand generations

Following Chairman Mao and the Party? Shining Red Star Passes on for Ten Thousand Generations
