I. Upper body movements of Tibetan dance
Requirements and practices of basic movements
1, Qi Mei shaking hands
Specifications and essentials: both hands hanging down, bending the wrists and elbows during the movement, driven by the wrists, and alternately shaking the two hands in front of the chest. The right hand draws a circle clockwise and the left hand draws a circle counterclockwise. This action is divided into large, medium and small. Smaller than the front of the abdomen and chest; the height of the middle wobble at the eyebrow; larger than the front above.
2, shaking cover hand
Specifications and essentials: one hand shaking, the other hand bent arm standing wrist, palm wipe, through the upper arc from
side and inside, forming the flow of the upper arc. One-handed shaking cover is also common in the waist, in front of the abdomen.
3, hip paddle
Specifications and key points: hands down, right and left hand in front of the hip from the inside to the outside to the side of the circle.
Right hand clockwise, left hand counterclockwise in the plane of the circle. Hip front rowing hand and flush eyebrow shaking hand is regular connection.
4. Back and forth waving hands

5, lateral swing

Basic movement of the `requirements and practices:
1, broken pedal
Specifications and essentials: both feet alternately footsteps, double knee trembling, footsteps in an equal rhythm.
Can enter, retreat and turn the body.
Movement phrase: 2/4 medium speed
Preparation: body to one direction, basic posture, hands hanging at the side of the body.
[1]-8: (Right start) Keeping the basic stance, one beat and one step "broken step" in.
[2]-8: (Right start) Keeping the basic stance, one beat and one step "broken step" back.
[3]-4: (From right) In place, turn left with one beat and one step, facing the seven directions. Hands "wipe" from outside and inside.
5-8: (From right) One beat in place, one step "broken step" left turn, body facing five directions. Spread your hands from the inside out.
[4]-8: Repeat [3]-8. Body to three and one direction.
2, trembling step
Specifications and essentials: weak beat knee sinking, action leg heavy beat on the ground to straighten the knee trembling (change
support leg), while lifting the other leg. During the movement, step on the ground and lift the other leg in synchronization, and keep the upper body stable and loose when trembling.
Movement phrase: 2/4 medium speed
Preparation: body to one direction, basic posture, hands hanging at the side of the body.
[1]-6: "Trembling step" with the right foot (lifting the left foot), with a left turn of the waist, and a "lateral hand swing".
7-8: Body to body, in place, left and right "broken step" two steps. Outside "Lateral Hand Wave".
[2]-8: Do [1]-8 in reverse.
[3]-4: Do [1]-8.
5-8: Do [2]-8 moves.
[4]-8: Repeat moves [3]-8.
3, lifting the pedal trembling (lifting the pedal is also known as "Gang hit")
Specifications and essentials: weak beat the knees down, while lifting the forefoot, heavy beat the knee drive, ankle force, the palm of the foot to hit the ground quickly, at the same time, trembling knee. It can be done with both feet or with one foot.
Movement phrase: 2/4 medium speed
Preparation: body to one direction, basic posture, hands hanging at the side of the body.

4, suction trembling step

Movement phrase: 2/4 medium speed
Preparation: body to a direction, basic posture, hands hanging on the side of the body.
[1]-2: Left "sucking trembling step" in (sucking left foot), right "swinging hands back and forth".
3-4: Do 1-2 in reverse.
5-8: Repeat 1-4.
[2]-8: Repeat [1]-8 movements back, swinging hands left and right with both hands in upper position.
5, retreat step
Specifications and essentials: action leg back half a step, the foot on the ground, while the supporting leg slightly off the ground, da beat supporting leg on the ground, then action leg on the ground trembling knee. When the action, it has the characteristics of retreating trembling and separating trembling, and sliding smoothly after stepping on the ground.
Movement phrase: 2/4 medium speed

Preparation: Body to One Direction, Basic Body Posture, Hands Dropped at Side of Body.
[1]-4: Stay in body position, swing hands upward to "slant up" position.
5-8: Keep the hands in position, bend forward at 90°, and salute with the hooked foot in the "side false step".
[2]-4: Close the right foot in the front step position, with the basic posture (hands hanging down at the side of the body) and tremble the knees.
5-8: Maintaining the posture, (starting on the right) "break step" in place four times.
[3]-3: Keeping the posture, right "trembling step" in place (trembling knee on the right foot, lifting the left foot), and "horizontal hand swing".
-4: In-situ left and right "broken step", outside "lateral hand swing".
5-8: Do 1-4 in reverse.
[4]-8: Stay in position and (right start) "break step" forward.
[5]-8: Repeat [3]-8.
[6]-8: Maintain stance and step back (from the right). Bend your elbows and draw your hands upward through your shoulders

[7]-8: Maintaining the posture, (from the right) turn left four directions (two beats) in "Shattered Stepping".
Hands 1-2: "Wipe" both hands in front of the body, 3-4: "Spread" both hands outside, 5-8: Repeat 1-4.
[8]-2: (right start) take four steps to the left side, and spread your hands on the side of the body.
3-4: In place right foot "step" twice, hands in front of the body inside "wipe" outside "spread".

Training Tips:
1. When trembling knee, emphasize the heavy beat down, loose, free and flexible.
2. The rhythm of the combination is accurate, and the movements are coordinated and coherent.
