Ruzhou Vocal Music Technical College is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is organized and managed by Pingdingshan Municipal Government and Ruzhou Municipal Government, with Pingdingshan Municipal Government as the main body and Henan Provincial Department of Education responsible for education and teaching management.
