Overview of the Association
Henan University Student Pan and Drum Association was founded in April 2001, is affiliated to the General Branch of the College of Economics and accepts the General Branch of the College of Economics and Kaifeng Pan and Drum Association of Henan University double leadership as well as Henan University Federation of Associations to assist the university-level student clubs and organizations.
It picks up the central plains of the earth a unique oddball - Kaifeng Pan drum, resolutely take up the "inheritance of the motherland's long culture" of the heavy responsibility. Through the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides, we have established a deep friendship.
Through this series of social integration we have initially succeeded in realizing the development strategy of "going out, bringing in", and initially realized the "payroll", to be the first student association that can bring real income to its members, which greatly encourages all the members to strive for excellence. Second, the organization

1. Committee of the whole
The society's supreme mechanism is the Committee of the whole, consisting of all members, the Committee of the whole must be more than 2/3 of the members present to convene, amendments to the constitution or major issues such as decision-making must be present at the Committee of the whole more than half of the number of people in order to be adopted. The Committee of the Whole will be held twice a year, i.e. the meeting of new and old members and the election meeting, and the Council will call for another meeting if there are special circumstances.
The powers of the Committee of the Whole include: formulating and revising the bylaws; electing and dismissing the Board of Directors; considering the work report and financial report of the Board of Directors; and deciding on the termination of the organization.
2. The Council
The Council is a standing body of the Committee of the Whole and is responsible to the Committee of the Whole for leading the organization in its daily work when the Committee of the Whole is not in session. The council consists of the president, vice-president, ministers, vice-ministers, group leaders and the president's assistant to make decisions on the day-to-day affairs of the association **** with the discussion.
The powers of the Council include: implementing the resolutions of the Committee of the Whole; preparing for the convening of the Committee of the Whole; reporting to the Committee of the Whole on its work and financial situation; deciding on the admission and removal of members; deciding on the appointment and removal of the heads of the various departments of the Association; leading the Association's work; formulating the system of internal management; deciding on other important matters.
3. President
The association has a president and two vice presidents. The president of the overall work of the association, responsible for the Council and the Committee of the Whole; vice-president of the president is responsible for, one is responsible for the Department of combat and publicity, the other is responsible for the Department of outreach, the Department of Education, the management of the Association's finances and a variety of related applications. The president and vice president of the association are elected by the committee of the whole, and the general branch of the College of Economics of Henan University issues a letter of employment, the term of office is one year, and shall not be the main person in charge of other associations, student unions and related student organizations. The president and vice president represent the association to participate in the daily meetings of the School of Economics, the Federation of Associations and Kaifeng Pan and Drum Association. The vice president assists the president in the management of daily affairs.
The president of the association exercises the following powers and functions: convening and presiding over the council meetings; checking the implementation of the resolutions of the committee of the whole and the council; representing the association to attend the major meetings of the School of Economics and the Federation of Associations, signing the relevant important documents; promulgating the order of appointment and dismissal of personnel.
The vice president of the association exercises the following powers: presiding over the functional departments to carry out daily work, organizing and implementing the annual work plan; coordinating the work of various departments; assisting the president to deal with day-to-day affairs.
4. Ministers
The club has a practical department minister and vice minister, planning department and vice minister, publicity department and vice minister, outreach department and vice minister, assistant to the president, teaching department and vice minister.
Ministers and assistants exercise the following powers: to participate in the council meeting; the right to speak, vote and speech exemptions at the council meeting;
responsible for the daily work of their respective departments; cooperate with the work of other departments; and submit to the leadership of the council, the president, the vice president.
(2), functional departments
1. Actual combat department
Actual combat department under the minister of a minister, deputy minister of two to three, a number of team leaders. This department is mainly responsible for carrying out daily disk drum training. 2. Planning Department
The Planning Department consists of a minister. This department is directly under the leadership of the president. Members joining this department must attend an interview, and are required to be active and opinionated, and have strong writing skills and innovation. The department must usually cooperate with other departments.
3. Publicity Department
The Publicity Department consists of a minister and two to three deputy ministers. Network group and newspaper group, each elected a person in charge. Network group is mainly responsible for the construction, updating and management of the website and forum of the Association of College Students Pan Drums; the Association's major activities of the network publicity; for the board group to collect and collect the required information; and establish contact with the outside network. 4. Outreach Department
The Outreach Department consists of a minister and two to three vice ministers. It is mainly responsible for contacting and negotiating with other clubs and student organizations inside and outside the university, as well as pulling sponsorships for major activities of the association. 5. Teaching Department
The Teaching Department consists of a minister and two to three deputy ministers. Members of this department must have the spirit of hard work, patience and gentle attitude.

Four, reward and punishment system

1.
