Zeng Yi, born on November 6, 1979 in Yiyang, Hunan Province, is a Chinese mainland male singer and the lead singer of Phoenix Legends.

In 2004, he signed with Peacock Records, and in July 2004, he took part in the 11th National Young Singers Grand Prix of China Central Television (vocational group), and was awarded as one of the top ten singers in the vocational group.
