"Still Don River" is a novel written by Soviet writer Mikhail Sholokhov over a period of 14 years, for which Sholokhov was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1965. Adapted from the novel of the same name and premiered in May 2013, the play "Still Don River" is an eight-hour epic masterpiece produced by the Mastekkaya Theater in St. Petersburg, Russia, and directed by director Grigory Kozlov.

Unlike other super-long productions, which are performed in the form of split plays, the Shanghai performance of "The Still Don" insists on an eight-hour, one-shot experience that does not break the sense of the theater as a whole, and allows the audience to fully experience the story's coherence.

Springtime in the Cow Class

The French musical Springtime in the Cow Class is adapted from the classic movie of the same name. The French name Les

choristes translates to "choir" or "chorus". The Taiwanese translation is "The Spring of the Cow Class", a slang term for a junior high school class for children who are not considered to have any future.

In 2017, Christophe Baratti, the director of the original movie, teamed up with Bruno Coulais, the master arranger and composer of the original film score, to create a musical version, which was staged in Paris and was unanimously appreciated by audiences and the media. The Chinese version, the first foreign language version of the musical, replicates all the classic scenes from the movie, including the school gate, classroom and dormitory.

The heavenly children's voices are the biggest highlight of Springtime in the Classroom. In the Chinese version of the musical, you can hear China's talented young actors and actresses singing familiar melodies in our native language.

Waiting for the Gotha is adapted, directed, and starred by Wu Xingguo, with a special invitation to Jin Shijie to serve as the theater director. The cast is very strong, each one unique and brilliant. Wu Xingguo and Sheng Jian play the roles of a pair of vagabonds, brothers and sisters, as Brother Sharp. When the audience enters the Mackinnon Hotel, they no longer see a framed stage, but a six-story building with more than 90 rooms that looks like a movie set. The Iliad

The powerful thing about The Iliad is that it is not just a condensation, retelling, and recitation of the poem, but a form of expression that avoids celebrating the poem itself. Although the narrator throws in snippets of poetry at the climax of the play, sometimes even adding a few lines from the original text, most of the story is presented in witty and casual contemporary language, with Homer's coat troupe placing the gods or heroes of the Iliad on the level of mortals themselves. With a variety of instruments and unique lighting, Dennis O'Hara strolls around the stage telling stories of war, occasionally "guest-starring" as the main characters on both sides of the battle.
