Because of the implicit and deep connotation, open and sparse realm and lofty emotions, Liu Yuxi's poems appear to be both clear and bright.
Some of his poems influenced by folk songs should also be mentioned. Kyauk Ran, Ling Che and others lived in Wu, where folk songs flourished, and in the view of Zen Buddhism, folk songs are straightforward, natural, lively and simple, which is the ultimate in language, so they also drew on the characteristics of folk songs to write poems, which undoubtedly had a certain influence on Liu Yuxi; Liu Yuxi was relegated to the south for many times, which is also the place where folk songs are prevalent, so Liu Yuxi often collects folk ballads and learns from the tone of it to write poems, such as The White Heron Child:

Edit Liu Yuxi's Tomb
After his death, Liu Yuxi, a great poet of his generation, was buried in Xingyang, Henan Province (present-day Zhengzhou Xingyang). On the basis of Liu Yuxi's tomb, the municipal government of Xingyang spent a huge amount of money to build a large cultural theme park covering an area of more than 280 acres ---- Liu Yuxi Park.
Liu Yuxi's Tomb is located on the high ground south of Wolf Wo Liu Village, east of the city of Xingyang, in the township of Twenty Mile Shop (today's Yulong Township), which was anciently known as Tan Mountain. Tomb north of Zhengzhou to the street highway about 70 meters, sitting north to the south, there is a round mound, mound height of about 7.5 meters, circumference of about 20 meters.
