Once I saw Yang Zao mistaken for life.
I hate the fact that I was born when the king was already old,
Before the broken hearted cliff, remembering the old man.

Guo Xiang (郭襄), a character in Jin Yong's novels The Divine Eagles and the Dragon Slayer. Guo Jing and Huang Rong's second daughter, and Guo Bailu is a dragon and phoenix child, Guo Fu's younger sister. Her appearance resembles Huang Rong three times and her grandmother seven times. Her name is derived from her parents' belief in defending Xiangyang City. Since her birth, she has experienced danger and was raised on leopard's milk. She was naive and courageous at a young age, and liked to meet people from the Jianghu, without prejudice, without restraints, and acted in an indulgent manner, similar to her grandfather, Huang Yushi, the East Evil, and thus was called "Little East Evil".
When she was sixteen, she met Yang Zao, who gave her three golden needles and organized a birthday party for her in the Beggars' Association, which made her unforgettable for the rest of her life. Guo Xiang, because of the different aspirations of her family, left home at the age of 18 and traveled around the world, unsuccessfully pursuing the Divine Eagle all her life. On the occasion of the death of Shaolin Master Jue Yuan, he vaguely raved some of the scriptures of the Nine Suns Sutra, and Guo Xiang memorized some of them silently. When Xiangyang City was destroyed, her family was killed and she escaped with the Heavenly Sword. At the age of forty, she had an epiphany and became a nun, never marrying. She later became the founding master of the Omei Sect.
