Ghost Dance Tutorial

1. First, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Turn your body to the left. You can keep your right foot flat or point your toes.

3. Push your right toe backward and pull your left leg backward. Note: Pushing your right foot backward and pulling your left leg backward are actions initiated at the same time.

4. While pulling the left leg back, lift the right leg. Both actions are completed simultaneously.

5. Immediately afterwards, drop the right leg forward and pull the left leg backward. Both actions are completed simultaneously.

6. What is mentioned above is half of the ghost step running in place. Next, apply force on the left toe, pull the right leg back, and repeat the above actions.
