National intangible cultural heritage includes:

1, Yangko is a popular and representative folk dance of Han nationality, which is widely spread in China (mainly in northern areas). Yangko has a long history, and there is a record of "Tianle Village" in the folk dance team introduced by Zhou Mi in "Old Wulin" in Southern Song Dynasty. On May 20th, 2006, Yangko was approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

3. Danzhou tune is a folk music in Danzhou City, Hainan Province, and one of the national intangible cultural heritages. Danzhou intonation is sung in Danzhou dialect, with bright rhythm, beautiful melody and passionate feelings, and it is known as "the wonderful flower of southern art garden".

4. Ashima is a local traditional folk literature in Shilin Yi Autonomous County of Yunnan Province, and it is one of the national intangible cultural heritages. Ashima tells or sings Ashima's story in oral poetic language. On May 20th, 2006, Ashima was approved by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

5. Liu Sanjie's ballad is a local traditional folk literature in Yizhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and it is one of the national intangible cultural heritages. Liu Sanjie's ballads have a wide range of contents, including astronomy and geography, myths and legends, farming at the age of 30, daily life, ethics, love and marriage, and so on.
