This poem describes a scene in early spring, just after a shower, with a warm sun and wind, and a stream full of water. On the bank of the river, the grass is green, the flowers are red, and the shade of the willow is thick. Rendering a bright, warm atmosphere and unlimited vitality of the mood.
The first two lines of the poem show that from rain to sunshine, from wet to dry, the stream from shallow to full, flowers and plants swaying in the wind, nature is full of spring rhythm "movement"; the third line shows the natural leisure of the shepherd boy sleeping under the shade of the willow "quiet", coupled with the fourth line, "a cow ate through the willows in the west" of the movement of the time and time and the stillness of the formation of this poem is a unique sense of life and the beauty of the original simplicity.
