The first action: Lift your right foot, stretch it forward, and draw your left foot back at the same time. Same for left foot. Reach out a few times and get up to speed. Then try changing direction and doing the same thing.

Second action: Stand with your feet 120° apart, stand on tiptoe of your left foot, with your toes on the ground; lift your right foot, with your heel on the ground. Then slide to the left, with your toes facing each other. Same on the other side. Keep repeating the action, gradually increasing the speed.

The third action: Lift your right foot, lower it to the right side, and move your left foot with the movement of your body. Same on the other side.

Fourth action: Lift your left foot, stretch it to the left, land on the ground, and move in the direction of the picture below, and the same goes for the other side.

Fifth action: While lifting your feet, turn in the direction of lifting your feet.
