It is true that some hale and hearty old people can often be seen insisting on morning exercise every morning. They are either dancing Tai Chi, or jumping rope and kicking shuttlecock, or jogging and climbing the mountain, their spirits are doubly full, far more energetic than some young-looking but always listless, yawning office workers look.
And every night, the square dance begins with a leaping rhythm. Many dancers said they did not love to dance, but when they really try to realize that the body to move, the whole person will be much more comfortable, colds, coughs and other minor ailments are committed less.
Some people say that the health of the body is destroyed by the static, because of sports practice and long-term maintenance. Exercise strengthens one's body and forges one's figure. The more often a person exercises, the healthier the body and the younger the face.
