You can take a bus or the MTR to Mongkok from Kowloon Ferry Terminal, and the MTR stops at Fa Yuen Street in Mongkok, which is also known as "Sneaker Street". It should take less than 10 minutes. But the pier to the station is a bit far to walk about 5 minutes, remember to go to Tsim Sha Tsui station not Tsim Sha Tsui East station.
