(It is said that Tang Yin was once enjoying the scenery on a ridge, when he suddenly saw an old farmer carrying a load of river mud on his way, and because the ridge was too narrow, someone had to get out of the way. The old farmer came up with a couplet, saying that if you are right, I will give way, and if you are not right, you will give way. The meaning of the couplet is extremely clear, that is, a load of river mud blocks your way. Zi is an ancient honorific for men. The word "mud" harmonizes with "Zhongni", that is, Kong Qiu. (Wei Yuan was a thinker, historian, and writer in the Qing Dynasty.
