As night fell, I took my skateboard to Rongcheng Square to play. When I first came to the square, I felt cool and breezy, which was really comfortable. The lights in the square twinkle like dazzling gems, and the trees become more mysterious under the lights. The fountain in the center of the square is also opened, and the water column sprayed out is sometimes like a bow, sometimes like an umbrella, and sometimes as straight as a stick, which is very beautiful. As soon as the water came out, the children began to play in it. There are TV programs on it. There are many people in the square. Many children are skateboarding, some are walking, and some are sitting on stone chairs chatting and watching TV. The most striking thing is that many middle-aged and elderly people are dancing happily with beautiful music in the open space south of the square. At this moment, I suddenly have a question: Where was this place before?
So I asked my mom. My mother smiled and told me, "This used to be a village where many families lived. Later the city government wanted to build a square here. The house was demolished, and many people in the village disagreed. After being persuaded by the staff, they finally moved away. Now that the square has been built, it has a beautiful environment, and no one can say for sure. I used to watch TV at night at most, but now with the square, life is much richer.
I think so, too. How can we live such a beautiful life without a country, a party and a government? How can I skate leisurely?
