Dancing Flower Stick Movement

The two-handed side dancing flower stick is a kind of stick flower. When it is danced, it is like a wheel spinning and whirring. Dance flower stick is not only interesting, often practiced, but also can enhance arm strength, exercise the flexibility of both hands, improve the coordination of the human body. This action is easy to learn, but want to do smooth, dance fast, you have to master the correct method. If the reader is interested, may wish to take a stick to try.

I. Description of movements. (in situ) Preparatory movements: stand before and after the two feet, the right foot in front, the distance is the same width as the shoulder, the center of gravity falls between the two feet;

Two hands holding the middle of the stick, the distance between the two hands is less than the shoulder, the right hand palm down into a reverse grip, the left hand palm up into a positive grip, the two tiger's mouth relative to each other, the two arms naturally bent to hold the stick on the left side of the waist with the waist at the same height, the stick handle in front of the stick tip in the back; the upper body slightly turned to the left, looking forward (Figure I). ).

1) The left hand moves upward and forward around, while sliding the grip forward to the right hand, so that the tip of the stick moves upward and forward in a half circle to form a left cover-stick, and the center of gravity is shifted forward to the right leg (Figure 2).

2The upper body then turns to the right, the left hand then moves downward and around to the right, so that the tip of the stick goes downward and draws a semicircle backward through the outer side of the right leg, the two arms are crossed, and the left arm is on the top (Figure 3).

3) The right hand moves from under the left arm downward and backward from the front, so that the handle of the stick draws a half-standing circle from the front downward and backward, and at the same time, the left hand switches to a reverse grip (Figure 4).

4) The right hand moves upward and forward, making the handle of the stick upward and forward in a half circle to form a right cover stick movement, and the left hand goes around to the right armpit (Figure 5).

5. Turn the upper body to the left, and at the same time, the right hand moves from the front downward to the left backward, so that the handle of the stick draws a semicircle downward and backward to the left, and the two arms are crossed, with the right arm on the upper side, and the left hand is still in the right armpit; the center of gravity falls to the middle of the two legs (Fig. 6).

Sevenly, the right hand goes around from back to front, making the stick handle row half a circle upward and forward; at the same time, the left hand changes into a positive grip, and reverts to the preparatory posture (Figure 7).

Requirements: the stick should be close to the body, around the left and right side of the circle, the speed should be fast, the movement should be consistent.
