The character in the picture is Agnes.
Agnes is the smallest of the three orphans, in the orphanage with two sisters dependent on life, very much like unicorns, like to listen to Gru before bedtime storytelling, otherwise it is difficult to fall asleep. She is a lively and lovely little girl.
