Marathon, only once on the favorite

When I saw the Long Island Roundabout Marathon, I was so hot-headed that I didn't know what to do, but then I searched Baidu Knowledge, and said that running the whole course would give me all kinds of feelings of dying, and then I realized that I was so impulsive, and thankfully, I was able to change my course to a half course. (After that, I realized that I had not participated in the half is not eligible to participate in the full.)

Previously, I had been running on and off, but I stopped for two months during the holidays, and when school started I felt like it was getting harder and harder to run, because of inertia. Then the week before the race, I said I would run a 21km to get a feel for the race, but it turned out that the most I've ever done was 6km, and the furthest I've ever run in general was 12km last semester. And so, I started the race with no preparation at all. (

The two of us first took a 40-minute bus ride, followed by a nearly two-hour car ride, and then arrived at Penglai, where the rain poured down in torrents, and the sky was overcast, and I thought that if the rain kept coming down, and there was no boat out to sea, I would be stranded in Penglai, and I would not be able to go to Changsha Island tomorrow. The first thing that you need to do is to get a good deal of money to buy a boat, and then you can buy a boat.

After getting off the boat, I don't know if it's the weather or what, but the scenery on Long Island doesn't really give me a sense of perspective. I'm used to seeing the sea, so I don't have any feeling about it anymore. Still, I was especially excited to think that I would be able to run the marathon tomorrow.

While I was excited, I had a little problem before the race: the organizing committee sent me the wrong number plate, and I went to look for it. There were too many people collecting their race packets on the spot, and they were so busy that they just said they would try to figure it out as much as they could, but they couldn't guarantee that there would be a way to do it. I'm worried that I'm going to have to watch someone else run the marathon for a long time, and I'm sure I'm going to be sorry!

Thankfully, the organizing committee called at around 9:10pm and said they had helped me out! I'm not sure if I've ever been in a situation where I've been in a position where I've been able to get a good deal on my own, but I'm sure that I've been able to get a good deal on my own, so I'm sure that I've been able to get a good deal on my own. This little episode did cause me trouble, but resolved it.

The next day, when I felt the gathering place, it was full of people. The roadside stood a dozen people wearing the same blue uniform, look at the clothes on the logo "Blue Sky Rescue Team", two girls wearing that kind of uniform, especially like that with short boots and then take a pair of sunglasses, feel cool. Come to the square, see everyone a look ready to go, look at everyone is so energetic seems to be a professional. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it," he said.

The opening ceremony on the stage have jumped cheerleading, simple to do the next stretch to seven and a half, to start running, countdown, three, two, one, run!

In fact, it is running in place, because there are too many people, can only move a little forward. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a camera, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a camera, and I'm sure it's a good idea to have a camera. Long Island has been closed, no vehicles, only a group of people running on the road, on both sides of the onlookers of the local residents, at this moment, as one of the marathon runners, I feel like the protagonist of the day, immensely proud.

Many of the runners were wearing their own clothes, some people played their music loud and rhythmic, and of course, there were also older women playing square-dance style songs. All in all, what could be felt was that everyone was energized and passionate, and it was really special!

After four or five kilometers of running, everyone slowly pulled away from the gap, before it was so crowded that you have to see the gap, and now it is and the front and back of the people are separated by so many meters. The back of the Z chose to stop and walk, and I also continue to run, every to a supply station will stop to drink water to eat something.

Seeing parents running with their children on the road, cheering them on all the way to learn to persevere, a few pairs of what looked like couples running together, and chaperones running with visually impaired runners in front of them.

In the past, I thought the cheerleading was just a symbolic slogan, but since I ran the marathon that day, I have never thought of it as such. I found that the hardest sections to run were the ones where no one was around, and my favorite part was hearing "Sister is great! Come on, cheer for your sister! "and then the tender cheering of small children, after listening to the whole person and full of strength, the step can be very big, really no exaggeration.

There are also rows of elementary school students standing on the roadside, and the neat and loud cheering sound also gives people a lot of power. They held out their hands, and I was happy to give them high fives as I ran past them! About one-half of the way through the race, there was a long stretch of road, and I wanted to stop and walk, but there were so many cheering elementary school students that I felt like I should set a good example, even though I'm not a professional, but how can you walk when people are cheering you on? I'm sure they'll be able to help me get through the rest of the race," he said.

At this moment, the sky is slowly darkening, and then there is a small wind and light rain. Teachers were already organizing their students to go back. At this time, I heard a little boy next to me coyly say: "Come on! Run fast! It's going to rain it's not good if you get wet later." The voice was small, but it was cute to hear.

It wasn't long before the rain got heavier and the wind picked up. The group calmly continued to run in the rain, as if every marathoner didn't care about the wind and the rain. To be honest, running a marathon in the rain was exactly what I wanted to experience. It was so cool and enjoyable that I didn't feel tired. It didn't rain for long, so I wondered if the organizing committee was just trying to help us cool down. Though I knew I was overthinking it. The weather in Long Island is a bit changeable, and the next thing you know, it's cloudy, but that doesn't affect my mood at all.

I thought I could run all the way down, but then I got a bit of a stomach ache from the water break at the supply station, so I ran and walked. The latter is too steep, really can not afford to go uphill can only choose to walk, said some sections of the really very much like a mountain marathon ah.

Running, there is a person who has been with me to maintain about the same speed, I am slow and he is slow, because of the tiredness, the two all the way did not say anything, is to keep running, but after passing by the supply station after the disappearance, and then the rest of the road is my own one person in the run. Thank you for every kind encouragement on the road, no matter in what way. Some people are only meant to be with you for a certain period of time, and in the end you're really on your own.

The next four to five miles left, you will not feel as tired as in the middle, but it is very difficult to speed up. After the last hill is all the way along the coast of the road, far away from the finish line, I told myself that the front is the finish line, the last part of the road and how to run can not be used to walk , although I know that the finish for me has not been a problem. I didn't have to stop and walk on the last stretch, but I ran all the way down, even though it was slow.

When I was about 400 to 500 meters away from the finish line, I saw the organizing committee holding a camera to get a close-up of each runner. When we got to the finish gate, there were finishers on both sides holding things to cheer for us. At the end of the finish gate, there was a vast expanse of ocean, very far away, I can't tell you how it felt.

The moment I crossed the finish line, I looked up and saw the time on the timer: 02:31:xx, and I don't remember how many seconds were left behind. Then the organizing committee put the medals around our necks, collected the supplies, and then printed the certificates of achievement.

Achievements are not bad, oh, the first time on this achievement I am still quite satisfied la, women's group inside more than 500 people ranked more than one hundred, and then the whole half men and women more than 1,700 ranked more than 600, haha, after all, they are all looking so professional, or all the way from somewhere else to come, look at it is a very experienced look.

The last of the last, naturally, is to take pictures, take the boat back to the ship.

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish the race, but I finished an hour early. I think F, who signed up with me at the beginning, gave up this opportunity because she didn't think she could finish the race, so Z took her place and finished in three hours. If I were you, I would regret giving up such a chance for nothing. Although there are many chances, I'm glad that I didn't give up when I didn't have a chance, but I was brave enough to face the situation and move forward.

I brought back a medal, a certificate, a starfish and a small stone from Long Island, as well as my first marathon experience.

Along the way, we Two southern girls are not tall, but each sat two big bags, face marathon tattoo stickers have not been washed off attracted a lot of people's curiosity. I heard that we are the first time to participate in this achievement, ushered in a lot of people's praise, very proud.

Because I didn't stretch properly before and after the run, I thought I wouldn't be able to get out of bed the next day, but it turns out I didn't. The marathon wasn't that hard, at least the half was not as hard as I thought it would be. My legs were tired after yesterday's run, and they are sore today after a long night, but even so, I'm still happy.

Z said that there are always so many meaningful things to do with me, and everything I do is so meaningful.

The marathon, long or short, is a painful and happy experience. After coming back to send dynamic and ushered in a lot of people's praise, said I am great, but also have friends envy me have such a great experience. I'm not sure if you're going to be able to get a good deal on a new product, but I'm sure you're going to be able to get a good deal on a new product.

After completing the first horse, my legs and feet are sore, but I am especially looking forward to the next one.
