Basic movements of Northeastern Yangko

The basic movements of Northeastern Yangko are as follows:

1. Flower wrapping: Hold the towel with both hands, clap your fingers in the first half to drive the wrist, turn the wrist 1 circle from outside to inside until the palm is facing down, and lift the wrist to form Handkerchief flowers; press the wrist downwards in the second half of the beat. The speed should be fast when winding the flower, and the speed should be slow when pressing the wrist. Do not raise your fingers or raise your elbows. The movements should be consistent to turn the handkerchief into its shape.

2. One-arm scarf: Put your left hand on your waist, and place your right hand on your chest to make a flower for 1 beat, then go through the lower arc to 90° to the side of the body and make a flower for 1 beat.

3. Flowers with both arms: one hand on the chest, one hand on the left side of the body at 90° to a flower, 1 beat, both hands through the downward arc to the right side of the body at 90° to a flower, 1 beat.

4. Butterfly flower: cross your hands, twist your body to the left in 8 directions, 1 beat, move your hands through the lower arc to 45° beside the body, twist your body to the right in 2 directions, 1 beat.

5. Clamshell Flower: Move your arms from the side of the body to diagonally above the body, wrap around the flower and down to the chest, 1 beat, turn your hands with the palms facing up and return to the top diagonally, 1 beat.
