The location of the historical section of Wuliu Xiang is an important part of the ancient city of Hangzhou, and there are many relics throughout the ages. In the Song Dynasty, the East River was the city river, and the area belonged to Songzhifang and Xinglifang, and in the Yuan Dynasty, the city wall was expanded eastward, and the East River became the river in the city.

I expected it to be as busy as the commercial side streets, but there are only the occasional locals walking around at night for fitness.
