The Uncensored Version of _Flower Core_ is 95 minutes long.
Flower Core is a film adaptation of the Setouchi Silent Listening novel of the same name, directed by Seek Ando and starring Eri Murakawa, which was released on August 6, 2016 in Japan.
It tells the story of the heroine, Sonoko, who follows her parents' order to meet and marry her husband, Aohiko, for whom Sonoko originally had little affection. Shortly after the marriage, after transferring to Tokyo with her husband, she meets and falls in love with her husband's boss, Koshiji, in a chance encounter.
"Flower Core" is divided into three main layers in terms of plot, exploring the topic of free love from Sonoko's lack of feeling for love, to its emergence and blossoming. The female lead also gives Sonoko's character strong emotions, pulling between the constraints of society and her true self.
It seems as if the viewer can feel the suffocation of false love and the pleasure of true love through her subtle changes in expression and differences in temperament, to feel her pierced soul and her winged ****dancing self. This movie expresses the author's support for free love and women's rights, and reminds us of the happiness and preciousness of today's open society.
