Cities and counties (cities and districts) are responsible for the promotion of civilized behavior in their own administrative areas. State workers, educators, medical workers, cultural workers, public figures and other public figures shall play an exemplary role in the promotion of civilized behavior. Chapter II Basic Norms of Civilized Behavior Article 8 Citizens shall be patriotic, dedicated, honest and friendly, law-abiding, diligent and thrifty, abide by the Citizen's Convention on Civilization, the residents' convention, the village rules and regulations, as well as other norms of civilized behavior, and respect public order and morals. (E) square dancing, open-air singing and other activities should be a reasonable choice of venues, time, and control the volume of sound;
(F) do not distribute in the vicinity of the school, the city's roads, plazas and other public **** places Commercial leaflets, cards and other advertising materials;
(7) not in the prohibited areas and time fireworks and illegal discharge of high-pitched electronic firecrackers;
(8) not in the city roads, squares, and residential areas of the public **** areas and other places to burn, throw funeral offerings and play the mourning music. Article 10 Citizens shall comply with the following public **** hygiene and civilized code of conduct:

(1) motor vehicles, non-motorized vehicles, pedestrians in accordance with traffic signals, take the initiative to avoid military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering emergency vehicles on emergency missions, and give way to school buses;
(2) driving a motor vehicle through the crosswalks or waterlogged roads, should slow down; when a pedestrian is crossing the crosswalks, should stop.
