How to have a good day?

If there really is a if, if time can go back, what I want to do most is to go back to my childhood in primary school.

Childhood is innocent and carefree. Every day, I just go to school to play and skip to school with my friends. After class, I play games with my friends. Although there was no mobile phone or computer in the past, I was very happy when I was a child and didn't have to think about anything.

The past cannot be traced back, and the future is still far away. In fact, every stage has its beauty. What we can do is to seize the moment and live every day now. So, what can we do?

1) Manage your energy and have enough energy to work. People's energy is limited, so if you spend your energy and time on irrelevant things, you will naturally have less energy left for work. So when it's time to collect your thoughts, you should collect your thoughts. Energy comes from a healthy body and a good state. So don't be stingy with your rest time and ensure at least 7 hours of sleep at night. Exercise regularly to keep yourself in good shape.

2) Stay away from things that make you addicted and out of control. Set rules for yourself, strictly control the time of using your mobile phone during the day, and turn on the tomato bell once in the morning and evening until you can consciously stay away from your mobile phone. Try not to touch games, novels and other things that can't be stopped for a long time.

3) mobilize emotions. Interested in the work content. Calm down at ordinary times and try to pay attention to your emotions. Learning to release emotions at work and improve learning efficiency needs to be further improved.

4) Make a plan in the morning. Make a summary of the resumption in the evening. Plan ahead before you know your progress. With a plan, you will be more motivated. More important than the plan is the summary of the resumption, with which we can better adjust our direction.

Only by grasping these points well can we live a full life and live a good day.
